ENAP Terms and Conditions
The use of this page, as well as the submission of inquiries and complaints through it, implies the approval of the terms and conditions detailed below. It is recommended to read them carefully, as they contain your rights and obligations in relation to any operation related to this website.
IMPORTANT: This channel is not a system for making claims, nor is it a call center, nor is it an emergency mechanism, so we appreciate using the other available means to attend to your requirements.
This platform has been developed by the Generación Empresarial Foundation at the request of ENAP with the purpose of encouraging, facilitating, and communicating inquiries and complaints about activities contrary to the Law, the ENAP Code of Ethics, and ENAP's internal Policies and Regulations, to which our workers, suppliers, clients, investors, and other relevant interest groups for ENAP may be exposed.
Please keep in mind that:
  • ENAP will analyze with due care all inquiries and complaints made through this site. Please make your report as precise and truthful as possible, do not intentionally include false or misleading information. The deliberate provision of false or misleading information may lead to civil or criminal liability proceedings in accordance with the law.
  • This Inquiry and Complaint Channel has been designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided and is managed and technologically supported by the Generación Empresarial Foundation, with ENAP being responsible for the analysis, investigation, and resolution of the complaints submitted.
  • This service offers you the option of submitting your complaint anonymously. You will be required to set a password at the end of the process, and an automatic report code will be generated so that you can check the status of your complaint whenever you deem appropriate. Your complaint will always be treated confidentially.
The user agrees to:
  • Provide complete and accurate information both regarding the inquiry or complaint, and about themselves in cases where it applies;
  • Record and describe real situations;
  • Maintain appropriate and respectful language;
  • Not commit identity fraud;
  • Not publish content over which they do not have usage rights, copyright, industrial property, or other equivalents;
  • Not publish content that directly or indirectly promotes arbitrary discrimination or hatred towards people, groups, and communities;
  • Refrain from publishing content that includes advertising, promotions, or offers paid services, or establishes spam systems (unsolicited mail), mail chains, etc.
Furthermore, the user is obliged not to send, publish or transmit content of any kind that:
  • Violates treaties or legal norms relating to copyright and industrial property in any territory.
  • Encourages the carrying out of dangerous activities that threaten the physical or mental health of people.
  • Contains false information.
  • Contains illicit, violent, degrading, or pornographic images or formats.
  • Includes viruses or any computer program that causes damage to the technological platform.
  • Establishes spam systems (unsolicited mail).
  • Goes against the Law, the Code of Ethics, or ENAP's internal policies and regulations.

OUR COMMITMENT

At ENAP and as Ethics and Compliance Management, we are committed to transparency, integrity, ethics, and good practices, and as our Code of Ethics states, "Always doing the right thing is the essence of our values and principles".

For this reason, we have a channel called the "Compliance Hotline", which allows you to contact us quickly and easily if you have any doubts or complaints about any of the matters listed below.

Matters that you can consult or report: You can communicate with us if you witness or are aware of possible violations of ENAP's Code of Ethics, acts that may constitute crimes, violations of ENAP's internal rules, situations of harassment in the workplace and the like.

Confidentiality of the Compliance Hotline: This line guarantees that your requests or complaints will be properly analysed in a confidential manner and, if the case warrants it, will be investigated in accordance with ENAP's internal rules on the matter.

Finally, remember that you can use the Compliance Hotline with your identity or anonymously if you prefer.
